Antonioj' ECA/Albut/Keto Cutting BF Cycle
Alrite guys I've just started a cycle of ECA/Albuterol/Keto for 4 weeks only.
My aim is to drop as much bf as possible.
I was going to continue this in my other thread (Test E/Dbol ):
First Cycle Test E D-bol
But seeing as its going so well I've decided to start a new thread.
I understand fully that this cycle will only assist by around 10-30%max and that it will mainly be down to my diet and training!
The cycle:
Day 1 ECA 30/200/25
Days 2-7 ECA 30/200/25 x2
Day 8 Albuterol 3mcg x2
Days 9-14 Albuterol 3mcg x3 (After assessing tolerence)
Days 15-21 ECA 30/200/25 x2 Keto 1mcg ED
Days 22-28 Albuterol 3mcg x3 keto 1mcg ED
Days 8-28 Taurine 1000mg ED
Alot of water ED!
I am currently taking ECA in the morning and going straight to training on an empty stomach. Feel like I'm gonna puke for the first half hour but I'm fine after.
Always take my weight at the same time each day on an empty stomach.
Training is 5 Days a week (Changes every week e.g. Next week will be back on Monday):
Chest Biceps Forearms - Monday
Back -Tuesday
Shoulders Delts Tri's - Wednesday
Legs - Thursday
Chest Biceps Forearms - Friday
30mins Cardio ED try to burn around 300-400cals at 70%(max)HR
Diet:
Diet has been very clean, finding it hard to get my target 2500cals down me with the ephidrine suppressing appetite. High Protein, Med/Low Carbs and Low fat intake. Keeping count of every calorie in my diet.

Start of ECA
Calories: 2000~
Weight: ?lbs (Off day)
Day 2(Chest Bi's):
ECAx2 Morning and 4 hours later
Calories: 2200~
Weight: 194lbs
Day 3(Back):
ECAx2 Morning and 4 hours later
Calories: 2400~
Weight: 191.8lbs Drop -2.2lbs
Day 4(Shoulders Delts Tri's):
ECAx2 Morning and 4 hours later
Calories: 2400~
Weight: 188.5 Drop -3.3lbs -5.5lbs total
Day 5(Legs):
ECAx2 Morning and 4 hours later
Calories: 2300~
Weight: 187.1 Drop -1.4lbs -6.9lbs total

So there you go. Dropping a little faster than I'd like so I'm upping my cals mainly through protein intake tomorrow.
I'll try to update this every few days.

I wouldn't necessarily up your calories at this point. Any weight you have lost so far is likely water/glycogen rather than fat. Your new lighter weight is probably a more accurate assessment of your LBM. If anything you might be able to reduce calories based on this new bodyweight.

Day 6(Back)(I did a double session yesterday morning and evening):
Cals: 2500~(Target)
Weight: 189.6 +2.5lbs -4.4lbs total
So up a little today but still more than happy with 4.4lbs so far. Lets see how this goes! 2 Days of rest/intense uni revision and weigh in on monday. Ill keep you posted

Day 7(Rest Day):
Cals: 2100~ Decided to keep a bit lower on off days, but kept my protein intake the same.
Weight: ? -4.4lbs
Day 8(Shoulders+First day of albuterol, no noticable sides just sweating like crazy during cardio):
Cals: 2500(Target)
Weight: 187.2 -2.4lbs -6.6 total
Almost at the same weight I was before I cycled with test-e, I look much leaner and bigger overall now. My top 4 abs are much more visible. Delighted with the progress so far.
Cant wait to start the keto, finding it hard to get to and stay asleep.

Day 9(Legs):
Cals: 2400
Weight: 186.65lbs -0.55lbs -7.15lbs total
Second day of albuterol, decided to up the dose a bit compared to yesterday as I had no noticable sides. Went for 2x6mg doses, little bit shakey about an hour or 2 after but fine then.
Im happy to keep losing at this rate it seems much healthier.

Day 10(Chest Bi's):
Cals: ~2200
Weight: 185.65 -1lb -8.15lbs total
Still goin well. Down another pound today, I noticed that my belt has gone down a notch. Pretty much at the exact same weight as before test-e cycle, might post a few comparison pics of me at the same weight. Should be interesting to see how I look now compared to pre-cycle.

Day 11(Back):
Cals: ~2400
Weight: 185.85 +0.2lbs -7.95lbs
Added a comparison of before test cycle and current weight loss cycle to now(Almost half way through cutting bf). As you can see I am the same weight.Last edited by Antonioj; 05-12-2010 at 02:57 PM.

Nothing to report, up a little again but lets see how tomorrow goes

Weight: 184.45lbs -0.2lbs -9.35lbs Total
Another small loss, going very well This log helps to keep me on track so I'll continue it till day 28. I am starting to notice a difference in the mirror after a session. Far better overall shape, waist has def become smaller it looks much 'thinner' side on.

Day 16(Chest & Bi's):

Weight: 184.12lbs -0.33lbs -9.68lbs Total
Decent loss today again. Really felt the ECA tabs, could be the better weather but I was sweating like crazy and cardio was increadibly easy. Started the Keto a few days ago, it's perfect for getting me to sleep.

Unfortunately not, I got sidetracked by university exams. I managed to drop a total of 11 lbs and maintain that weight to this day. I will however be cycling test in an few weeks so I'll keep you posted!

Taurine was used to stop cramping, this can be a problem with this type of weight loss cycle.
