    DAY 1

    Hey guys, so I decided to keep a log for my first cycle. I just pinned 5 minutes ago. Prior to pinning, I was really afraid of needles but I eventually convinced myself to do it and strangely, I felt no pain at all.... there isn't any blood when I pulled the syringe out. Am I doing it wrong ? I'm very sure the 250mg of test E is already inside my right glute....

    My diet/ training schedule will be up tomorrow... its 2348H local time and I gonna turn in early now. Good Night bros !

    From personal experience with Test, especially the cycle I am now, it didn't "kick in" until week 8. If you were running Prop I would say 8 weeks would be good, but with E or Cyp I would consider no less then 12 weeks on.

    well planned out, good for you.

    agree with Animal.

    can you extend that to 12 wks? if so, i would. it takes awhile for that ester to spool up and by the time it does, you'll only have about 5-6wks "on". i would want at least a good run before it's time to stop. something to consider.

    Ok i will take note of that, thanks bros! The test shld kick in by week 5... and i may extend it to 10 weeks. If the test have not kick in by then, i may increase it to 12...

    Ok i feel abit sore on my pinned area. Not painful at all, just the feeling when someone pinches u. Looking forward to my shoulders workout today !

    My diet for week 1 to 5 as follows :

    M1- oatmeal+whey, banana+yakult(probiotics)

    M2- chicken breast+egg salad+coffee(need to have!)

    M3- rice+chicken+veggies+1 serving of fruit

    M4- chicken breast+broccoli+green tea

    M5- whey+oatmeal+creatine(pre-workout shake)

    M6- chicken breast+broccoli+whey shake(post workout)

    M7- casein shake(before bed)

    Supplements: green tea extract, CLA, glutamine, vitamin c, fish oil, creatine

    Holy chicken. Don't you think you will get tired of chicken really quick? If I ate chicken 3 times a day I would gag.

    Nope... haha i have been doing this for the past 2 months already... besides i have my occasional tenderloin steak and salmon too i really wanna keep my diet as clean as possible. Besides, chicken breast is cheap in my country...

    I eat chicken three times a day as well, Eventually you will get sick of it, Guaranteed. spices can be you're best friend. Try mixing in some tuna into your diet, It's also an excellent source of protein.

    Sounds good..! Though im not a fan of tuna... im adding sweet potatoes and more egg whites on week 6 to bump up the calories. Currently using the japanese chilli pepper to spice up my boiled chicken breast.. thanks bro!

    How many calories are you taking in, how many grams of each macro nutrient? No carbs post workout? How do you plan on building muscle and recover after a workout?

    Like Animal said, you need to get some carbs in PWO. That is the most important time of the day to eat carbs!

    Im taking bcaas post worout n glutamine to recover. Zma too with my casein before bed.. i will post my macros soon, thanks for the advice bro !

    Again, you need carbs POST workout, not just pre. Head over to my thread and look at my diet layout to get an idea of what you should be doing.

    I just had my 2nd jab in my right quad 15 minutes ago. It was painless, maybe the pain might come tomorrow ? Not sure how fast PIP comes.

    Since my first jab three days ago, I upped my daily calorie intake from 2500 to 3200. I'm eating constantly every 2.5 to 3 hours... Just drank my casein shake and I'm feeling kinda bloated now. weight remains at plus minus 70kg because i added 30 mins of cardio to each of my lifting session.

    Can anyone tell me whether can I do without fish oil for this cycle because when I burped, I could kinda taste/feel a fishy smell in my mouth. not sure whether its psychological.

    Injecting my right quad is a very bad idea. The PIP is ****ing bad, im literally limping now.... hope it heals fast, need to squat!

    Try your lats. I did 2cc first time ever using them and no pain or knots.

    ok so my right quad is swollen and i can barely walk, not to mention train ! feeling really down now. going to the hospital later to make sure everything is ok.

    got my meds and fastum gel. the swelling went down abit and not as painful as yesterday. Don't think the area is infected, feels better now, gonna start working out tomorrow !

    The pip has lessen and im able to walk around normally now. Its back to gym today and my 3rd jab tonight! currrntly on 0.5mg of adex ed..

    Jeez man, scary stuff, be grateful it wasn't infected! Good luck on your cycle but I'm wondering why only an 8 week cycle on a long ester steroid ?

    Had my 4th injection last night on my left glute. It was good. Had missed 2 days of training due tovthe swollen quad.. took antibiotics last few days as a preventive measure for infection and everything is alright now... still working hard to eat clean and lift heavy

    Did my 6th jab on my left glute last night... gained around 1.5kg so far... didnt feel the test kicking in yet, but i felt its harder to contain my anger and i get piss of v easily now.

    I didnt try lifting harder but instead opted for a better form with slower lifts which i found worked my muscles better.

    Gonna up my calories today... feeling hungry constantly... hope everything goes well... no sides experienced yet..

    Had my 7th jab on the right glute on wednesday and a lump was form. the lump on my left glute still have not fully disperse. Can't feel the test kicking in yet, its the start of week 4 and I'm slowly increasing my food intake. Hope for the best !

    Not sure if the test has kicked in yet. My balls have not shrunk yet and no sign of gyno. 10th jab yst on my left glute and i woke up with a slight headache today..

    Have increased my food intake to 3k calorie a day..

    11th jab a few minutes ago on my right glute. I know its not good rotating just glutes... but I simply can't do quads because of the PIP I got when I did quads and don't wanna do delts as I'm training shoulders tomorrow.

    Might revise my training schedule so i can pin my delts and give my ass a rest.
