    WeeK 5 into my 8 week test prop cycle Starting body fat 15% weight 207pds

    current height/weight 6'1 215 pounds b/f% unknown assuming around 12.5 %

    diet 350 gram protein, 200 gram carbs, 120 gram fat split into 6 meals

    Will post up a double bi pic next week along with legs & a back shot

    oh forgot to ADD this is my first cycle ever, did a pro=hormone about a year ago the nadro 550rx, it wasnt as bad but much happier with the test prop that im running at 100mg EOD, and thx man means a lot trying to do a show next year physique show, and get down to about 195-197 pounds at 7% bf, but since i have a 34inch waist now it should get down to 33, so my main work will be focused on lats, and Rear delts to create the illusion of a big difference in waist/back width raito. will be doing another

    the first 2 weeks i had strong pain from quad injections(still able to walk, but not train legs for first week ), shoulders were pretty mild the first few shots, glutes i never felt a thing. now 5 weeks into it no pip /no pain during inj in any spot . i discovered that after pinning quads its best to do a 3 mile walk to avoid PIP worked everytime. and also the times i shot low closer to the knee were the worst, my quad shots now are always closer to my hip, like outer quad about 8-10 inches from my knee keep in mind i have very long quads. over all id have to say that all the people who claimed that im crazy for taking propaniate are definitely over reacting to its pain. Even at its worst id rate the pain at 5/10.

    if my connect comes through i will run another 4 weeks of prop along with 75mg winny ))) hopefully mainly for more quads/hamstrings and more ab work. so far starting benchpress was 225 for 8 reps, 265 5 reps, 275 for 1max this is because of a AC seperaton i had during an arrest about 8 months back. before the injury from about 19-21 years old i was benching 275x8 and 315 2x.

    starting before this cycle bench press 225x8 max 275.

    5.5 weeks in 225x17, 275x7, 315x2. Hoping to get 225x25 by the end of cycle. and max out at 335-355 but my main priority is more looks than strength.

    My next cycle will be strength based, Thinking Test prop 150mg EOD with DBOL at 25mg WEEKs 1-4, weeks 4-8 continue with test prop at 150 EOD but drop the DBOL and do anavar weeks 4-8. already thinking ahead of time guys.
