    Thumbs up 12 Week cycle result(with pic) and 2nd cycle recommendations

    Hi guys stats as of NOW is FF:
    age: 27
    weight: 94kg
    yrs in gym: 6yrs
    Little background: I play bball as my job play around 3-5x a week. Lifting weights for 6yrs but did not know anything about dieting or eating clean. 2yrs would be the eating clean parts(not 100% clean)

    Cycle is as it follows
    500mg test E 1-12 week
    60mg anavar 8-11 week
    80mg anavar 11-14 week
    Had adex and Hcg while on cycle

    Standard PCT of Nolva and clomid

    Followed all of the "newbie" guide

    Attached picture shows the first picture was out of shape diet was a whack I just returned from a 2month trip but gym was consistent 2nd pic is one week into the cycle basically brought my bf down before starting the cycle.

    Stats before starting the cyle weighed around 88kg(first pic) last picture I was at 98kg and in pretty good shape best shape of my life. Was a freak in the gym Bench press was pretty weak before the cycle now I can bench 265lbx3reps I know its not a big deal for you guys so yeah im a ***** lol.

    Diet: basically Hi protein with moderate carbs I dont count macros sorry, Had 1 cheat day every sat and 1 cheat meal every wed Mind you guys Diet could have been a lot better so thats on me. Would rate my diet as 70% good could have been 100% but thats a long story.

    Cycle thoughts/ review
    1. The kick took time I guess I really felt it at week5 felt very good self esteem was through the roof.
    2. Veins started popping out and got big at around week 7.
    3. Minimal side effects pimples at the shoulder area and back only
    4. Injections went in smoothly all of them were at my quads.
    5. Elbows started to hurt at week 12 started to affect my workout.
    6. Energy level was really high
    7. Balls remained the same thanks to HCG

    After cycle where I am now

    1. Strength decreased in bench is now 265lbsx1rep(other lifts remained the same)
    2. Muscle Fullness is lesser compared to while I was on cycle.
    3. Energy is good
    4. Libido is good as well
    5. Weigh dropped from 98 to 93-94kg
    6. Struggling to keep my weight and to keeo lean and build more muscle. (any help would be good here)

    I'm planning for a 2nd cycle on February 1st week. I want a cycle that would give me a result I want to look full and ripped. To increase athletic performance and strength My 1st cycle gave me all of this problem is cant maintain it 100%

    2nd cycle question:
    1. Would masteron or equipose or winstrol be a good stack with test prop and anavar(still got some tablet good enough for 4weeks at 80mg)?
    2. I've read around and from what I have read I can see that 500mg of Test E is not the Same as a 500mg of Test P true? if so how do I compute this?

    2nd cycle plan is:
    1.Test P week 1-8 EOD but how many MG? 100? 75?
    2.masteron or eq or winstrol for 6weeks no idea about the dosage here
    3.Anavar for last 4 weeks at 80mg ED
    4.HCG and Adex as protocol
    5. PCT as normal

    Any additional information would greatly help. Criticism is well accepted as well.

    I just wanted to thank this forum for all of the information you guys have given a newbie like me I have been a lurker for 6yrs and thankfully did not follow our local gym trainers advise. So thank you everyone

    I do not understand why you would add more compounds unless you have maxed out your gains from just test? I would focus on dialing in your nutrition between now and your next cycle and you will make better gains next go with a standard test only cycle

    Well I thought it would give me better results? sorry well test gave great results so I'll just stick with it. How about the difference of dosage between E and P?

    there is no need to add more compounds until you have maxed out your gains. I really don't think after just one cycle you have maxed out your gains from just the test. If you introduce those other compounds early your just robbing yourself from future gains. Test is still test so test e builds in your system over time were test p is in and out faster. With test e your pct starts 2 weeks from last pin were test p pct starts after 3 days
