Before and After Pics
as of Aug 25 2004 im 13 weeks into Cycle #2
TEST-500 EQ-500 VAR-40 DECA -300
PIC #1: LATEST: 2004 AUG 23 show some fat sucked off waist and gut. At 2200 cals I need the Halo to keep my strength up.

I did not get massively muscular because of my restrictive diet but the fat came off.
