5foot8 205lbs, 12% bf, any advice welcome on my build
hey dudes, newbie here. started first week of anabol 50, i know its not
the kind of juice i should be taking considering im smooth as is but the shit
was free. my diet is pretty bad and i have never worked on my legs a day
in my life, cuz they would be too insane. been working out for about a year
now. i have some really good body parts and some so so ones, let me know
what you think and how i can improve them....... thanx boys.

Dude - you should throw that stuff back to the person that gave it to you and ask them why they're so stupid -
Seriously - you've got a great base going from what I see.
Stay off the gear for another year (or more) and train with some guys that can help you push yourself toward bigger and better.
The only critiques I could offer may be...Work the back for more mass and maybe your forearms can be brought up (bigger) a bit.
Look around on this board and read more about how IMPORTANT diet is. If you improve that - you'll see quicker gains.
(But I think you all ready know that)

Chest and back are your weak areas. Overall good base to work with. Lay off of the a-50's.

i agree with everything you guys said..... everyone seems to be under the
impression that they don't like the a50, how come? i got it for free so i'd thought i'd try it out. my plan is too do it for 2 weeks and follow it up with
some test prop for a cycle. how much would a month of strict dieting change my physique?

It's not the fact that I don't like the a-50's, it's just the fact that you said you were going to run it by itself. I would run the a-50's for at least 4 weeks while running the test at the same time. Would throw some tren or winny in there also.

if i were you i would go on a strict diet with low carbs and fat and then aftyer doing that diet for 2 months do a Test Prop + Tren ace cycle for 8 weeks and you'll be very very satisfied

I think you look good considering only 1 year of training. And I have to say you have a very good set of legs for someone who dont even train them. You must have done sumthing to get them that muscular.
On the critisism side I think you need a bigger back to get up with the rest of your body. Throw in some bent rows, pulldowns, dumbell/t-bar rows and either deadlifts or some type of other pulldown for your last exercise. 3-4 sets of each. And I advise anyone to get their diet and training 100% in order before juicing. Which is why im not starting gear yet.
Oh and buddy for your first cycle why on earth use a-50. Just stick to a simple d-bol and test cycle. Thats what im going to start in 10-11 weeks.

Drol alone is probably the worst possible cycle for anyone. Stop the drol now, cut for a bit then try a test only or test dbol cycle.

thanx guys, i'm definately hitting my back hard now..... i used to race bmx so
my legs got some exercise young and i've played all sports, but they are
geneticlly very sound to begin with. if i had the cash i'd do up a nice cycle
like test/prop, dbol ,clen ... and try and eat more sensible and then my shit
would improve by leaps and bounds.... how does one overcome a naturally
thick waist, to get that v-shape... more lat work?

Do it naturally until u can afford a proper cycle then, with drol ull gain big for a few weeks, then the gains will begin to level off and when u finish, u will lose everything, so whilst it may be all good on cycle, when u finish, ur gona wonder whether there was ne point doin it in the first place. To overcome a thick waist all u can do is cut down as much as poss and try and offset it with a wide back, good outer thigh sweep and wide shoulders.

Thats fu*king ridiculous, Im very jealous. They look to be one of your best bodyparts, hit them hard and watch them blow up. Who cares if they get a lil out of proportion

they definately are, if my upper body was as genetically gifted as my legs

stop takin the drol and start working out legs...dont you know that when you work out legs, your whole body grows...work out legs once and wake up the next day after 8 hours of sleep and feel your whole body pumped up...i hope i dont sound like im flaming you man but you gotta start workin out legs and get that diet in check. Aight man ive given my 2 cents i hope to see some pics in the future.
