meal 1:
1.5 cup egg whites
2 whole eggs
1 cup oats (dry)
1 banana
meal 2,4,5:
10oz chicken
1.5 cups brown rice
meal 3,6:
8oz sirloin
1.5 cups brown rice
**meal 6 has NO rice....just greens

i dont need carbs b4 i go to sleep, would interfere with my GH secretion when i fall asleep. brown rice is low glycemic, helps keep my insulin levels stable thoughout the day. also because i am in a defecit.....thats what u do when u diet
