32, 5'10, 183lbs, priming for test and mast cycle, am i low enough yet ?

i wouls say you are 11% maybe 10 or lower.. definitely ready for your cycle..
your chest looks a bit under developed.. you should incorporate some more cable flyes and DB bench into your routine.. not trying to be a dick, just critiquing.

bro good work during the prime! You look like you are ready for a cycle...how long have you been priming and at what body fat % did you start at? Right now I would put you right around 9% BF. You will put on some well needed quality muscle during your cycle as long as you don't get sloppy on the diet side...good luck bro!

Wow... I think I have a similar body shape to yours(As you get closer to your waist, your body gets thicker) with the only exception that I have a higher bf and less muscle mass. Good inspiration to look like this in the future

Id say 10% +or- a point. Would be easier to tell with a back pic, and also harder to say without seeing the wheels

started at 13% and four weeks into priming so far, going to do at least another two, diet is going to be super clean, no cheats :-)
Thanks bro, yeah going to do some full poses next week, ill post em up, all i can say is i have the lower back V taper, and the quad tear drop, cant be bad anyway.
Its all thanks to you anyway scotty for showing me the way, FYI this carb cycling is awesome, its like a planned refuel twice a week which the muscles soak up but your constantly burning fat, Im doing Marcus's -40% +15%, look into it , its great.

I would say 6-7 I need to see the wheels to be able to guess though. I do a lot of under water weighing and use of the bod pod which are considered gold standard so I see a lot of ranges. There are many factors to consider though when guessing and legs are one of them.
