    this is me BF % ESTIMATE?

    first pic was when I was bulking and lifting about seven years ago!! Second pic is after seven years. Diet has been totaly inconsistent, workout has been a bit of cardio and now I started with MMA again. NO WEIGTS WHAT SO EVER!!

    Im trying to keep fit, with kids, wife, work etc, it gets hard.
    Well Im back on the board and trying to get back on track.
    Im fat now, dont know my BF%. Im getting back in shape though- Let me know

    yeah at that time i was juicing and kinda bulking. I had a solid base back then.... I want to lower my bf and then Im thinking of juicing again. Only a mild cycle, just for cuts and giggles!!!

    your b4 pic imo u look lean...not ripped ofcourse but lean...depends on goals i reckon...i'd be more than happy to get back to 15%

    if your 21% now to at 195 i'd say 3-6 months depending on intensity...easily done before holidays

    I carry most of my Bf at my midsection. Other parts are lean!!

    other than our height i thought we had a similar build and atm i'm prolly around 20% myself

    so good luck to both of us..lol

    In regards to my current stats what could be my Ideal weight being perhaps lean or cut?

    If u started lifting u could keep 175 if not 165

    Intersting because on my b4 pic I weighed almost the same, around 195 lbs~ 198. Considering i was leaner.
    Dont know how to this day without lifting , I weigh the same. Diet has been on and off

    geez bro...i was wondering that..yeh u dont want to go to 170

    you do look as heavy in the b4 pic but leaner

    maybe you can hold onto most of your weight and just turn it lean...

    you gotta make more time for yourself bro...i too got fat when hanging around the house being the family man

    Yeah bro, im gonna start eating clean to the amount required, in order to cut nicely and keep the most muscle.
    My nearest gym around here is a bit ways off, to much traffic, so my closest gym is Mixed Martiarl Arts, so im going to invest time in myself. Im sure with MMA i will achieve some positive goals cutting.

    So what do you consider being the ideal weight or me to carry around 175- 180?

    based on u being 195 in the b4 pic i wouldnt want to be lower than 180

    just train hard and diet well maybe you can keep more, right?

    thats a lot of muscle for 5'9"
