    Another body fat % estimate please guys

    6'2"
    227lbs
    and busy cutting from a bulk cycle

    Looking great, bro. Try a different scale than the one you've been using. I'm having a hard time seeing the 227 lbs.

    Anyway.. BF seems just under 10.

    Thanks bro!

    Tried a few different scales (gym, private, another gym and at the docs) all say +-227lbs... Must be my height..

    Happy with that

    Even at 6'2" it's hard to believe 227 let alone 200. I guess pictures can be deceiving in scale to everything else I would have guessed 5' 10 170lbs, 180 tops.

    Body fat is closer to 12% I would say since I don't see much/any vascular or definition. Size/weight does not necessarily define body fat. You can be 150 lbs and 15% body fat easily.

    ah i was thinking too 227 isnt even close. but yeah as mentioned pics can be deciving

    whats the goals from here? personally i suggest get back to basics with some big compound lifts and add some mass all over lean mass of course

    I think maybe i just have thick bones? Havent been even close to 200 since i was 18...

    I'll take a few more pics this eve and post... Try get pictures of my back, shoulders and arms...... This is why i need a girlfriend :P

    My goal right now is the fitness model look - will add more overall mass next year Jan... Battling to get a decent chest!

    Dukk is about the same height, weight, and bf% as you - and he dwarfs you. I'm a tall guy too, and you look 190ish. Sorry.

    would jump on a scale to prove it to you guys but it'd be a waste of time.. I have lead for bones i think..

    Anyone got a link to a pic of dukk? I've searched and cant find anything.

    Looking to get to 7% but retain/build muscle..

    Ok. Pics deceiving or not, that is not 227 my brother.

    Anyway... You have to start training your legs bro.

    This guy below is exactly 227 lbs in this pics, and he is your height... look how much he is holding in the legs and the mass of the upper body...

    Going to take a photo of the scale tomorrow morning - i'm not bullshitting you guys (there is no point)...

    I have no idea why I weigh so much - makes body weight work a lot more interesting though

    Hey man. I hope I didn't offend you, I'm just saying that the "Picture" doesn't show 227. I merely compared to another 227 lb guy. But I've never seen you in person so I have no idea. I mean, I looked like that when I was 185. I'm 6'.

    Agree with the above guys. Get a new, better scale. Numbers don't mean much anyway, right! Hell, I'm 6' and just a little shy of that weight. Op, you definitly have a lot of potential though. Keep at it and stay on-board here!

    Hey guys!

    New pics from yesterday! Still cutting and know i've lowered my bf a fair amount - weight has also dropped to 98kg (216lbs)

    Have abs showing when not flexing including obliques (wasnt flexing in the one photo), lines separating my upper and lower chest and even some serratus on my shoulders...

    BF ESTIMATE AGAIN PLEASE GUYS!

    ^ If those Calvins get any lower I'm going to smash your head in.

    I'd say around 10 %, your upper is outstanding but you are holding fat in your legs. If your legs would pickup some mass and looked compatible with the upper body, I would have put you at 9%.
