I hear ya man the camp life sucks! Hard to make time for the gym when you have a total of maybe four hours a day personal time. Including breakfast, dinner and a shower lol.

Atleast someone feels my pain :P I worked outside also, as a carpenter..year round obviously. You do 10 hours in -30c weather without proper nutrition and a shitty sleep, go into the gym and sleep in the smith machine is what it boils down to.
Outta camp, going back to school at the moment for a new career, study,gym,sleep...Life is good at the moment!

I didn't even know what stats were back then lol..I didn't have a eating plan, a gym plan or nothing. I just knew the basics, lift heavy and often and eat enough good food. Don't drink pop and stuff your face with chips and shit food like white bread and starchy bullshit.
Results were great needless to say! I think people try and complicate things sometimes, and that's not good. Working out and eating shouldn't be complicated, its just a lot of common sense sometimes.
As far as new stats, not sure, give me another 4 weeks to try and make this body look like something :P

Was this really necessary? No one was complaining, except you...complaining about what exactly?

I believe he is referring to the "Sucks getting older" title of the thread... at age 26, which is still pretty young

Well i tend to agree with Kelkel, and BTW if that pic is present, you are in great shape. But the outdoor work in hot or cold weather all day long is tough on anybody. I'm 58 and it is pretty hard for me to think of getting old until you are at least late 40's. If you have been working out most of your life, you can preserve a lot better than the average guy. Those little things like the face collapsing, double chin, fat gut from to much food, good or bad and adding alcohol are choices. For the last 3 years I have had the worst schedule of grueling hours, lack of sleep and so so eating habits. But i work out anyway, even though they are not up to par. I still feel it makes a difference doing some than none and consistency over the years with very little to no lay-offs, "meaning just stopping for several months" has kept me maintaining.
