Whats your BF% to get that kind of vascularity in the legs/calves? It looks pretty incredible.

It's higher than you might think, I think I'm floating around 10%. I don't know how I've done it tbh, but the veins seem to be engorged permanently. Well I have taken garlic, beta alanine, cialsis and other blood flow increase supplements, maybe they helped
