ive been getting a little bit fatter then im used to but im doin alright. taken today.

You're waist looks smaller now, and you look more muscular. You said you've gained fat? Unless I've got these pics mixed around... you look more tanned then you did in the summer as well? Interesting.
But either way, nice shoulders.
And what's that pic of in the background of your summer pic?

thanks for the responses. the avatar photo is old as hell and i guess i was tryin to use the light to appear better.
my shoulders are proabably my most dominant part. they make my arms look too **** small. im leaning back so far because i took the photo myself with my back turned to the camera. and i was trying to duplicate the summer photo. thanks guys

Look good AD. Definitely lookin BB style. Have to work on hitting that back shot though. Spread them lats out a bit show off them wings and fly brother. Good bf%. Must pretty low. In single digits?

Can I ask how old you are?? and have you done any cycles??
I can see an improvement in the 2nd pic, you look leaner. But try to take more pics for us.

im 21 5'9 190-195lbs. done several cycles. actually i think i have higher bf now. im tanner now though so that may make me look leaner. i think i look much fuller now imo.

since the start of december ive been following doggcrapps routine. but before my typical back workout consisted of bent over bb rows, assisted pullups, then HS pulldowns, HS low row, then id throw in rear delts on back day too. and every other week on leg day i deadlift. this has all changed since i started DG's routine though. thanks maroon. AD

lately ive been doin
3 sets overhead db presses
3 sets side laterals
2 sets side cable laterals
3 sets incline front raises
3 sets front raises
3 sets bent over raises
3 sets pulling from a low cable up tp my chin? dont know how to explain...
