    sleep deprived w/ clen

    Day 3 of Clen , no sleep in 2 days. Tylenol PM does not work, any suggestions? Up to 80mcg today.

    that happened to me in the first week of clen . I was taking 200mcg(only dosage that I felt the shakes) and then I just lowered it to 180mcg and took 5mg of melatonin and like 6 pills of St Johns wort and passed out.

    what is your current dose? do you take it all at once or slpit it up? i like to take it all at once as i like the wired felling early in the am. benedryl i find puts me to sleep when i cant.

    Today up to 80 mcg. Just over the counter benadryl?

    Sucks not to sleep. But it reaches a point where you don't feel like shit anymore the next day. You get used to it. You just feel as if you slept although you didn't. But thats no good. So definately Sleep.
