Help with weight loss
I would like to lose some weight before I actually start cycling... any ideas, other than diet and exercise? I'd like to lose 50 pounds like in a rush...

AM empty stomach cardio with the ECA stack is a great way to burn fat.
I'd steer away from gear unless you want to risk the virilising effects such as an enlarged clitoris, facial hair, menstrual irregularities, deepening of the voice, etc., which can be permanent!Last edited by FullMoonHowlingWolf; 09-18-2008 at 08:41 PM.

My wife uses HGH and absolutely loves it. I'd have a fit if she even thought about using anything else.

HGH is human growth horomone and is naturally produced by your body at low doses. It is extremely pricey and in my opinion is no good for your application of losing 50lbs. You say you are in a rush but you need to do it right to keep it off. ECA stack is an excellent idea when I was 17 I dropped from 241 down to 185 in 7-8 months. 50lbs needs to be a long term goal start with a goal of 10lbs and keep moving because looking at 50lbs as a short term goal is a nearly impossible goal.

Like redz said, 50 lbs as a short term goal is not good. Smaller increments, 10 lbs at a time is a better short term goal. Good luck! I hope you reach your goal in a safe manner. Your health is not worth putting on the line, for a quick fix!
