Hi there,

I have been looking around this site for a few days and just found this section. I have been exercising since I was a teen but in the last two years started to weight train more and more. I'm interested in getting a females perspective on a lot of things such as exercise efficiency, diet, steroids and so on. I get a lot of advice from my fiance but it is not the same as a woman. Hopefully I can get some good pointers on becoming stronger and more fit. Thanks,
