hello
hey guys new to the forums. been messing with a member here for a while, and liking his results, tole me to sign i had nothing to lose. so here i am.
im 37. he gave me a diet but told me he wasnt a pro so somebody else proli cod do something better for me.
i would just like to drop 10-15 pounds a fat and tone up. ino this is hard work, as i been wactching him do it and stuggle but never getting discouraged.
he seems to be a pretty good member here, hopefully it all pays off.
thanks..also how do i get into the female section where i can get the most help.

welcome and you can jump over to the nutritional form and get started....take a look at the sticky notes, run thru some of OP threads, get familiar with macronutrients so that you can post your current plan with calories with grams of Protein/ grams of Carbs/ grams of Fat by meal and overall.
you will want to post your stats...height, weight, bf% and goals. there a several guys and gals in that forum at this moment working on their goals so welcome and enjoy!!!!
