T3
I am new to working out and eating healthy. I have always been naturally skinny, but my metabolism has slowed down with age and I recently started taking T3 to speed it back up. I wouldn't be worried about it except that I model, and I need these recently gained pounds to be gone. I am taking 100mcg every morning on an empty stomach, but haven't had any side effects or seen any difference. If anyone has information, please let me know.

My fiance is about to go on it along with clen , lil scared as I have never tried it,
How long have you been on?
Also eating healthy is a little generic. Do you count your macros or just try to stay healthy? if so this could where the problem is.

Welcome Hannah. New to eating and working out - well these are key to maintaining a figure. If you like, post up your stats (height weight age and bf%) in the nutritional forum the diet gurus can make recommendations. You may just need a few tweaks. .

Welcome to the Board... yes posting a typical day of meals will help others give advice. As far as the T3, if your pulse has increased its working.

I don't think anyone should use T3 unless they're getting ready for a show... but I guess being a professional model may count as the same thing. Thats a large dose and it doesn't exactly just "speed up the metabolism" your body will shut down your own production to compensate if you stay on it too long so its not like you can just use it to increase your metabolism indefinately. Its not a solution. Its a tool.

I wouldn't suggest T3 for someone new to this. There are many other choices before resulting to that. I would take the advice above, post your diet and training routine. I'm sure there's something that can be tweaked to get you the results that you want.
