    hello, Im new here and trying to soak all this in, but im so confused with the lingo :/ is there some sort of glossary or newbies go to page on here? i feel like a clutz. lol

    Hi and welcome. I saw the other post / thread. I don't think there is a glossary but that would be cool. ...crazy mike the oldest juicer on this forum I think.

    Nothing specific, mostly what the abbrs. everyone's using mean. I'm trying to read threads and have to stop and look up most words, ill get the hang of it.. Thanks!

    I had the same issue with the ligo as well but soon figured most of it out. Most Acronyms are first letters of a well known phrase like chemical or brand name while some use just the first few letters of a word with many letters.
    Eg, PCT- Post cycle therapy
    You'll get used to it in no time...

    It was greek to me too, but the more I read, and open about 10 tabs to look up definitions, its getting a bit more clear!
