    new female to forum

    Hi everyone my name is Heather and this is my first post here. I am 5' 6" and weigh about 160 not sure what my bf is. I have been working out for about 2 years consistently. Im here because im looking for advice on how to lose more fat i seem to be stuck where im at. My knowledge of working out is pretty good but I struggle with my diet. I am looking forward to learning from you guys. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

    Could someone help me gain access to the private female forums please?

    Awesome!!! Nutrition is key. Would suggest starting log in nutritional subforum. Post up you stats including bf%, goals and typical meals for entire day. Everything u eat.

    Please identify yourself as female in the title! You will get feedback and how to move off the plateau. Post up your training program too!

    THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Do you think I should log everything for a few days then post a thread? Or should I just update day by day starting with a post tonight?

    Start a log. It will keep you motivated and accountable.

    It's important to know what you are consuming esp on a plateau. It could be just a simple tweak. Little introduction carb cycling. I'll watch for your post

    ^^^ this - we've got a good group of core girls that's growing and everyone seems very eager to learn(unlike most of the men)... GL and starting a log would benefit you... And multiple others!
