New member
Im 27 years old. Ive been lifting steady since 19. Im 5'8'' 185lbs bf around 10% I lift hard 5 days a week and do mma 3-4 times a week. I have a fairly good diet. I could eat more veggies. My goal is to get more cut. Any advise from you guys would be appreciated.

calroies
how many times a day r u eating
what do you "cheat" on?

welcome aboard. there is a ton of good diet info out there, and diet is far more important than a lot of people think. good luck with it all.
