New and needs improvement
Hello all out there. I have joined to learn more about all aspects of working out and making gains and losses. Gains = Muscle and Losses = Fat. Just in case anyone was wondering.
Age: 31
Height: 5'7"
BF%: 20%
Weight: 185lbs
I have never used steroids or HGH before and am very interested in the correct usage for both. I would also like to find a beginners cycle for either and what would be the best route for me to take. I have plenty of time to workout and to get my diet straightened out. I have already located a number of workout plans and have selected a diet format to follow. I am sure more information may be needed by individuals to help me with my inquisition. Glad to be here.

Welcome.
Right now your best bet is to work on your diet and lose some bf naturally. At that high of a bodyfat you are at a higher risk for estrogenic sides
