    Hello all!

    Hello all,

    Thought I would introduce myself and see if this is the right place for me!

    I'm 26, 200lbs, 5ft 10, I used to be very fit but got married, had a child and now I'm a bit rounder, less lean and less fit generally.

    I'll put a thread up in the relevant section for questions but thought I would say hey!
