    i am ready to become a monster

    Hello All,

    I am new to the forum, I have been training on and off since I was about 16 years old.

    I have been going hard for the last 2 years or so...

    When I was 18 I wanted to juice and promised myself I would if I could wait ten years then I will juice... well my 28th birthday is coming up here soon and I am a man of my word.

    I am 6' 4"
    I weigh 195lbs

    I can bench 225x4
    I can squat 275x5


    I know I am going to get plenty of people telling me I need 5 years under my belt of hard training + super clean diet before juicing and they are probably right- but just like alot of you- I am going to ignore that advice as I am wanting and waiting for this long enough IMO.

    i am here to continue soaking up knowledge before I look for a source. I have gotten alot of good info from this site but I gotta say I am a little confused why a site like this is filled with oral steroid banners---- raises some red flags in my book.

    Anyway I have been creeping around long enough, nice to finally have an account.
