    New To The Forums

    How's it going everyone, just dropping a line to introduce myself. Been working out since 21 or so, currently 28. Used to weigh 305 lbs down to 195 and now I'm sitting at 228 I'm also 6'2. And last time I checked my body fat I'm sitting at 7% but I'm not too sure how accurate the machine at complete nutrition is. Long story short, I've been contemplating using steroids for awhile don't really know where to start so I thought I'd come on here and learn as much before I buy my first cycle, just here for information and help and so far I've noticed a lot of information that's blowing my mind already. Appreciate the help and looking forward to gaining some knowledge!

    lots of info here with a lot of knowledgeable members. Chances are the machine at Complete Nutrition is incorrect. Those are some pretty impressive stats.
    If you are 6'2 at 228 and 7%bf , you would be pretty fricken huge and at competition level. See attached BF chart. It will give you a better idea of where you are at.

    I know I was hoping the machine was correct man lol.
    I want to find a water displacement test around here or bod pod or something. Definitely not where I want to be by any means but I'm just grinding away as best as I can. I appreciate the welcome guys thank you!
