    Tampa Newbie

    Hello to All!

    I am new to site and possibilty of aas. I have read through the new member area and education posts. I think I have a pretty good idea of what I am wanting to do, but would like to have some direct email or even better maybe a phone or face to face with some one in Tampa, FL area who can help answer of few more questions I have. I am 35 years old 185# 6'-0". I have recently lost about 20 lbs through diet and cardio. I had acl repair about 18 months ago. I have been working out pretty hard mainly upper body (still some lingering effects from surgery that keep me from squats, press, etc.), but I have hit a plateau and can't seem to add any more size. Not looking to compete or anything, but would like some added muscle in arms (15 1/2") and chest (42"). Tried the "roid store" alternatives, (I know should have used the search function in forums first) with no results. I do a lot of sports that require good cardio abilities so I need to make sure I am not doing anything to hinder that. If anyone can help or give advice I would much appreciate it.
