    Talking Back Home

    well im back home again from another deployment and getting ready to head out on another this will be my fifth in seven years. and this last one i gained about 25lbs of mass but i always have slim down do to prt standerds.
    and i need to work on gaining even more mass then i did before once im in the gym i have no problems on my work out program its just hard for me to leave cause when you get in that zone it,s hard to snap out of it...
    oh ya i would like to know how to post my pic???
