    New Guy on The Block...

    Here are a few pics of me from 2006 and 2007. I'm 33 y.o., 5'11", and 207 right now. My weight fluctuates a bit. I came here because after doing 10 years (off/on), I think I took 3 years off in that time, and doing lots of prohomes, I'm looking for something to take me to the next level. Any advice and help that I can get will be very much appreciated.

    Thanks Everyone! How many post do I need to be able to PM someone?

    I really could use some advice on how to concentrate on the pecs and really make them stand out. I normally do Flat, Incline, Decline, and Fly Machine. Should I be trying other exercises?
