    Looking for advise/support

    Long story short: got depressed, got lazy, got fat. I've decided it's time to correct my mistakes and move on. I've been encouraged to create an online "journal" to keep track of my goals and achievements so, here I am. Looking forward to a much needed lifestyle change.
