hey people...
Dropping in to say hi. Been reading on here for a few weeks, and finally got around to registering. Use to work out all the time during high school, but have done little to none over the past few years. I am not here to bulk up at this time. I am here to educate myself on getting my bf% down. I am not sure what my bf% is, but if I had to guess high teens. Well enough of my rant. this looks like a great site and the guys and girls in the diet form really look like they know what they are talking about.

Height-5'9
Weight250
Bf%-?high teens?
Cycle history-none
Years training-just starting back about 5yrs prior

Welcome.
Since your main priorities at this point would be to drop some BF, head to the nutrition section and post what you eat on daily basis. They'll set you up there.
