just wanted to say hi, found this site just by chance. lucky me.
so much info i feel i have brain overload and now suffer from headaches
i just wish i had this info years ago.just a little about myself im 42 6' 185#
down from 215 2 month ago.i was in a bad accident 4 years and 4
surgeries ago. according to all my doctors all 6 of them i need to
put on alot of muscle, one of them even said there is help in puting
on muscle quite quickly if you know what i meen, he woulnt go any futher
than that and yes i do know what he ment.

Look into trt/hrt considering how old you are, just some food for thought.
