hello im 300 pounds about 5 "9 just wondering what cutting riods would help with my diet and caridio

Welcome man, and to answer your question...NONE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE!!! Honestly, I started out at 324lbs at 5'8". I've been in your shoes. Still am in a sense. If you get your diet right, get a good workout plan; then you'll start dropping the weight fast anyway. Get yourself a quality fatburner, keep your protein around one gram per LEAN body mass, and some multi-v. Maybe some creatine. If you can stick to that, you will learn everything you need to know in time. And thats the HONEST answer.

Agreed^ diet and cardio, nothing comes close to strip fat. To be able to do any aas, you need to be at an extremely great shape to avoid alot of negative sides. Goodluck

It was great to read the introductory post from kingofhard and then read yours, junior8732... It looks like you've both started out in much the same place; kingofhard is just further along the path. I think the advice to be patient is excellent.
