    New to the site but not new to the Gym..

    Hello, I have been lurking over this site for over a month now just reading up and finally joined so I could eventually post some Q's. I am 33yoa 5'11 and 195lbs, no idea on the BF, I have a little more than a 2 pack right now..lol.
    I dont have too much experience with anabolics minus a cycle of Dbol when I was 24 (no pct or support during, I was lucky), and some Ando in 98 when I was in the Navy. I had shoulder surgery (AC seperation like a grade 3+) almost 2 years ago and never really bounced back and have now this year started taking it seriously again. I have some PH's on hand but I still have more work to do before I start them. I have been researching several other sites like this one but IMO this site seems to have more veteran knowledge which I like, Thanks.
