    Bf help on first cycle

    I want to do my first cycle in November but I'd like to know what my Body fat should be. I'm 5ft 5 and 148lb body fat now is about 15% to 18% . Would it be good to be below to before I start a cycle

    Im new at this so you might want to take what I say with a grain of salt. BUT:

    if I were you i'd cut down a bit before you decide to hop on the gear. That way you dont have to cut as soon as you come off the pct. Plus, you theres a lot of room for you to put on size natty
