    New guy

    Hey everyone. I am super new to the steroid stuff and looking to gain a lot of information. My main concern is getting back to the lean me and then bulk up.

    Any info given would be appreciated.

    Welcome brah! Take a look at the diet section on the forum. Diet is easily the hardest part of what we do and aas should not be considered until it is near-perfect, hope this helps!
