    30 yr old/5'10"/158lbs

Hey everyone! I've always had trouble putting on size..use to be 118lbs! I've plateaued at about 160-166lbs and am hoping I can surpass this and reach 185lbs. I'm just wondering who are some of the vets around here that can give me some advice? I would greatly appreciate it!

    Hey Yolked-

Hit the Nutrition forum and post up your diet. The guys over there are very helpful.

If you were to cycle at 158lbs, you will gain mass while on cycle, but unless your
diet is dialed in, your current eating habits aren't going to support the new mass.

You will require substantially more calories to maintain 185lbs than you do at 158lbs (there is
a post on TDEE stickied in the Nutrition forum...run the differences).

    Welcome! And good luck!
