    my mind has been made up. finally joined!

    hello everyone. just wanted to give a heads up and introduce myself. i have been working out for over 3 years and from time to time have lurked around these forums. im just a 31 year old male that has a love for the gym as much as all of you on here, so i thought why not, i can get some tips and pointers and i promise to always be discreet about anything i do ask. im out here in southern cali, so yeah. thanks alot!
