    thanks for the invite......

    Hi,names Purp.New to site.Getting ready for another commitment to myself and I'm gonna try new things as I am post shoulder surgery.I'm sure I'm gonna have a lot of questions,so I was told this was the place to come.Thanks for having me.

    Where and when can I ask questions?lol.I'm gonna start with weight lose and try to get some definition going.Like I said I just had shoulder(labrum)surgery so I'm putting on the fat quick.But I was in probably the best shape of my life before surgery and now six months after I feel like Id like to start working out again.I'll take any suggestions on loosing fat while strengthening my shoulder at the same time.So that's where I'm starting.Lots of cardio and lots of low weight reps.If anyone has had surgery or knows anything about re commending supplements that'll help me start I'm going to need it.Thanks
