Hi everyone..
I just wanted to say hi to all and introduce myself. I've been reading the forum for the past few weeks, trying to gain some education on the subject and decided to join.
I am 42 and have lifted since high school. The last few years have been tough in that I'm just not gaining anymore. I've got a good build but the metabolism seems to have slowed a bit and I started getting a little soft in the middle. I'm in perfect health, but would like to push things to the next level.
Like many others, I'm anxious to get the ball rolling but I realize education is key in doing this successfully. There is quite a learning curve here for someone like me with no experience, but I look forward to learning from each of you.

Thanks Crazy Mike. I've enjoyed reading some of your posts, good stuff! I'm a Florida native myself, grew up in Jacksonville. I sure do miss it sometimes.

New member here....from the burbs of Chicago
Hello everyone,
I'm new here and have decided to join the forum to gain some more knowledge and insight from those of you who are much more qualified in this subject than I. I'm 42, haven't lifted for quite some time, but my job is pretty physical so it helps keep me from "wasting away".
I've recently gotten motivated to get back in shape and through a work acquaintance have acquired some Trenbolone Acetate (Tren -100) and Testabol Cypionate 300.
I am wondering if there is someone out there who can advise me on how to use these correctly? My initial plan is to do an 8 week cycle, but my source advised a 12 week cycle. I want to see what results I get with these two before continuing with anything else.
Can anyone advise?
