Looking for help and support

Hello from the UK,

I am looking to start my first cycle and need all the advice I can get (what to take, when to take it etc). I have been training for ten years, at least five to six days a week. I have made good gains naturally and have put in a lot of hard work. My diet is currently right on point and has been for the last 6 months. I eat around 5-6 times a day and would say have 3,500 to 4000 calories per day. My stats are as follows,

Age- 30
Height- 6ft 4
Weight - 253lb
BF% - 20% (when taken last month)

I have observed this forum for the last month and hope I have included some of the things that mostly get questioned?

Looking forward to some response and chatting to some like minded people.

Welcome, try to lower bf to 12 percent before starting a cycle

Thanks, what is the reason for that? Reckon I'm more around the 17% mark now as I have been hitting HIT for the last five weeks.

Welcome. Excess bf can lead to stronger side effects. Do some poking around and you'll get all the info on bf and anything else you need to know.

Welcome. Fat cells are loaded with aromatase, storing large quantities of estrogen. Body fat is the main site for androgens to convert to estrogens. Having high body fat increases your gyno risk. Reducing body fat will lower your rate of estrogen conversion from aromatizing steroids .

I could have said that but most members want a scientific explanation backed by research before they will believe it is true. Glad to see you like to keep things simple. I was waiting for someone to call BS so I would have to post several links to research articles proving, “ that it will give you big ole titties.”

I think a better answer would be your risk for man boobs will increase with higher body fat. Not that you WILL get man boobs.

welcome mate you will learn a lot here just take your time and read read read before you jump in the guy's here are well educated if you need help just ask but they will not spoon feed ppl who do not want to educate themselves good luck.
