new and have some questions
Im just beginning im about 5'10" 215 but fairly strong just not cut I am overweight and wondering the easiest and least taxing on my body way to develop good muscle while loosing the fat at the same time. I run and eat pretty good but dont do much lifting, but im about to start and just need some suggestions because I need to get rid of my manboobs

"Eating pretty good" and eating the right way, most of the time, are two totally different things. Go here and do several hours of reading about nutrition:

Your best weapon right now is knowledge. Learn everything you can. After you think you know about nutrition, go ahead and construct a diet, then post it in the same section, including your TDEE, macros per meal and macros per day, and we can slice and dice through it to make sure you are on the right track. Nutrition is THE most underrated aspect of body building.
