old member but new beginning
What's going on everyone.
Been on this forum for quite some time. With my job change from about 7 months ago I have really went down hill in regards to being fit. Now working 14 hours a day sitting at a desk as well as a hour long commute both ways its been difficult to find time for the gym. Really not happy with my body anymore and finally feel it's the time where I need to get back to hitting the gym 4-5 times a week.

Well, you're back now. No sense in worrying about the past, as you're back at it. Muscle memory will have you back in no time. I had to take time off after hernia surgery, and while it was frustrating to miss time, and especially aggravating basically having to start over, patiently waiting for my strength to return, it was better than simply continuing to be out of shape, loafing on my recliner.
Glad you're back, and no worries...We've all been there and have had to battle back. Makes regaining strength and size all the more fun.
