    Yo

    Hello Everyone!

    my name is luis and i am 6'1 220 23yo. i have been lifting since i was 15 and have been on and off since i hope to get as much information as i can from this site. I have never tried a cycle yet but my stats are as followed

    Current:
    Bench: 330lbs
    Squat: 315
    Dead lift: 375

    Goal:
    Bench: 405
    Squat: 405
    Dead lift: 500+

    Currently i am around 21% BF i have been of the gym for about 2 months and am ready to get back. my goal bodyfat percentage is 9% then matinance. my problem has always been maintaining i can get down to 9% or 8% BF but i can never stay there for too long. i feel like its just lack of motivation and complacency. i would love to hear any work out advice and cycle advice thanks!!!!!

    Welcome. You can get to 8% BF ? hmm. You need to move over to the Q n A section. But before that you should start reading the threads on workouts, nutrition and steroids . Get a better knowledge or more knowledge by reading the sticky's etc.. then you will come up with some defined Q's and we can help. Good luck. ...crazy mike

    Welcome bro. It's pretty simple... And youve already said what the problme was... lack of motivation... Just man up and make it happen. You don't want to look back later in life and think you could have done things differently. And you will want a couple more yrs of training under your belt and to get that bf sorted out before you think of cycling.

    Welcome! 9% is hard as hell to maintain! You'll see it harped on over & over again but diet is the key. You have plenty of natty years left, I would use that time combined with the stuff you learn here and you'll be beastly.

    Welcome to the forum. ^its not pretty simple to get to 8% bodyfat, are you fkin kddin me. If it was we would all be walking around shredded. It might be easier for some than most, but not all of us bro. that's top notch.
