    Question New member who wants to dabble into steroids--needs advice!

    Hi Everyone,

    Let me first start off my saying that I am very new to this! I've been lifting since I was about 20 (I'm 26 now) and have put on a decent amount of mass over the last few years. The only supplements I've ever used are pre-workouts (such as NO XPLODE) and protein powder with creatine. No matter how much I work out I don't seem to be making any more gains. I know very little about steroids and would like someone to enlighten me on what a good beginner's cycle looks like to gain lean mass. I attached a few pictures of myself. I want to learn as much as possible before I jump into using anything.

    Welcome, there is a lot info here in this community and we believe in the safe use of steroids , to include AI and proper pct. Use the search for beginner cycles. 1st cycle is always test with a long ester. Research and educate yourself before you medicate. You need a proper diet or anything you gain will be lost. Good luck

    Just a thought ...
    Are you doing more training volume to try to get bigger? Paradoxically, I have found in myself and folks I have helped that sometimes less volume and more intensity (heavier weights) along with more consistent protein intake throughout the day will break through plateaus. Welcome to the site, lots of knowledgable folks here.

    start off with 250mg teste a week for 12 weeks. Youll be happy with that. you don't need more just proper diet and form and YOU GOTTA EAT EAT EAT

    Damn you got solid base, i think trying out tren in your 2nd or 3rd cycle would help with the bf.

    Shouldn't even be thinking about tren let alone saying the steroid itself will help with body fat. Just focus on diet bro then think about a test only cycle

    Thank you all so much for the advice--it has been extremely helpful! I am going to start off on a test only cycle. I do have another question... As you can see in my pics I do have some BF. I'm conflicted if I should cut or bulk on the test? Does anyone have advice? Correct me if I'm wrong but on test it's hard to gain muscle and loose BF?
