    From Fat to Fit

    I've struggled with my weight (diet) and now I've a choke hold on what I eat. I eat six healthy meals a day and I think it's time I did a cycle. I weigh 245, I got the gym daily for a run and a work-out. I focus on one muscle group per day. I'm going to buy some gear but I came to this site for some info and advise. I want to be around 195-215 area and I know with time it will happen. Could some one please recommend a cycle that will help. I just came off a clen /var cycle that did very little. I'm not sure if the product was bunk or if I need to put on more muscle to see a cut in weight. Any info from a vet would be appreciated.

    Welcome. Since you mentioned that clen didn't work for you I am thinking your bf might be a little high. Clen really doesn't work much unless you are only trying to lose a little extra weight and when you have your diet in check. Clen is easy to get and you don't need a source. I think it would be harder to find fake clen than real clen in my opinion. Since it didn't work, I would check out the diet section and do some cardio for a while to shed those extra pounds before doing a cycle. Its just my opinion, but I think you will look a lot better if you shed the bf first then bulk up a bit with AAS if that is the direction you want to head.
