    New Member...Natty Pro card holder

    Hey guys just introducing myself. Won my Procard in natty bodybuilding, but looking to compete in NPC and IfBB hopefully. I transitioned from powerlifting(mainly benching competitions). 23 years old and ready to take the next step into the non-natty world. Ready to learn!

    Current stats:
    6'1" 225lbs (stage weight a few months ago was 194)
    Bench-445
    SQuat:500
    Dead:500

    Current Diet (heavy bulk):
    6000 cals
    100g fat
    750g carbs
    550 pro

    College kid with a unlimited meal plan. Taking advantage of it!

    Thanks guys, looking to learn a lot before I take the plunge!
