    Newbie needing cycle advice

    Hello all,
    Name is Jay. I am looking for some straight advice. I def don't have a bio-chem degree, so simplicity is best. LoL
    Here goes. I am 35 y/o male. Average workout and cardio routine. I am looking for suggestion on how to use the stuff I have on hand. I am not into competition. I am just looking to improve my general appearance, and a 6 pack. As some know, it is much harder to improve physique when you start late. I am 5'9" 180lbs.
    I have on hand:
    2500mg Nandrolone Decanoate (Deca Durablin) injection
    Anavar (oxandrolone) 60 tabs (20mg each)
    Testim, (testosterone 1% gel) as much as I need
    Also have Testosterone injections (but it gives me "backnee")
    I want to know what are my best options on combination to get best results with least side effects.

    Hi Jay and welcome to the forum!

    Post in the "Anabolic Steroids : Questions & Answers" section for some more replies. They're going to ask you for your body fat and how long you've been training too.

    Just a warning... There is mostly good advice here but, EVERY BODY IS DIFFERENT and if your serious about this then don't base your cycle on what you have on hand. I too am no biochemist
