New to gear, not to training.
I've spent the day reading threads here and in other forums. I like this site the best so far so I'll introduce myself.
My name is coyote, believe it or not. I've been training for over a decade. Powerlifting in high school, crossfit in the army, bodybuilding the last few years. I'm getting older and I haven't seen and real gains in a year now, despite trying everything natural. I train 5 days a week, I'm just getting older. So I've decided that it is time to research the hell out of my decision to step out of the ordinary. I'll have a lot of questions, please be patient. I will soon enough be one of you giving the advice.
Coyote
