Wow, thanks for actually replying. That's pretty cool. It's been awhile but I've been super busy with school and work. I'm still doing pretty good, but the past 2 weeks I've been messing up. I took a week off of the gym because my body was just exhausted and I started to feel terrible, my trainer friend told me to take a week off to rest, so I did, but in that week I ate really shitty. Like fast food a couple times and snacks and stuff. Then the week I should've come back to the gym I only made it 2x that week because the guy I train with couldn't make it and I just mentally couldn't get excited for the gym like I normally am and wouldn't go on my own. I'm going to start back this week and really try to get back into it hard so any encouragement would help. I'm not sure if this is what people mean when they talk about a wall, but it just seems like I have no motivation whatsoever to go... it sucks. Thanks though for welcoming me. I'll make sure to check in regularly.
