    Help me please:(

Hi there (thanks in advance for taking the time to read my post)
Basically Im finding it very hard to get a grasp on what cycle to do (or whether to do one). Most of the info I can find is geared towards bodybuilding or powerlifting. Im an aspiring mma fighter and Im under the impression to reach the level I want to reach PED's are needed?

A bit about myself: Im 19, 185lbs, 6'1 and about 9-11% bodyfat. I train a fair amount but I really want to up it to become the best I can be. For convenience lets say Im looking to train 3 hours 6 days a week while lifting 2-4 times a week (any tips on how to lift when training this amount would be great). Im not looking to gain size (but don't mind if I do), Id like to lose a bit of body fat (but isn't essential) I really just was to train intensely!

I am thinking of following this (won't let me post url) while trying to eat a calorie surplus to start off then take a break then get on cycle to help me cut. But I read another beginner cycle that talked about getting blood work, and had a whole list of other medications to take to stop side effects so now I dunno what to do

As u can probably tell Im very confused and am simply looking for guidance from some experienced guys and gals

Welcome aboard. Spend your initial time here reading the important threads. That will give you an understanding of the big picture. Of course, I agree that you quite young to use AAS's and risk permanent damage to your endocrine system in the taking of such gear. That said, there's a lot of other great info and advice here. Enjoy your stay!
